LACC Scholarship

The Lebanese American Country Club (LACC) was founded over 70 years ago by members of the Lebanese and Syrian communities who sought a place to gather and celebrate their rich heritage. As its time came to an end, LACC members chose to sell the property on River Road and donate the proceeds to two local religious charities—St. Michael Church being one of them. With the blessing of the LACC board, St. Michael established a scholarship for parishioners, funding for youth ministry, and a special fund to celebrate the cultural patrimony of the Lebanese people in Louisville.
